Status:Full and Part Time
Qualifications/Duties:Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide Hospice services to patients and families. Utilizes the nursing process to provide quality nursing care to Hospice patients in accordance with Delaware Hospice policy. Supports the primary caregiver in the performance of physical care for the patient. This is a non-exempt position.
Scheduled: PT positions 7am - 3:30pm and 3pm - 11:30pm
Reports to: Team Leader
