Qualifications/Duties: HS/GED diploma and certification within the state of Delaware required. Two years experience in hospital, extended care facility, home care or hospice preferred. Must be able to demonstrate personal care techniques to family or primary caregiver as directed by the RN. Will be responsible for providing personal care for the patient as outlined in the care plan. Assisting in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 11am-7pm or Monday-Friday 8am -4:30pm
Reports to:Team Leader / Staff RN
