Delaware Hospice announces its Casino Night Fundraiser
Delaware Hospice’s Casino Night fundraiser will be held on Thursday, May 3, from 6:30-10:00 p.m. at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.
Texas Hold-Em, Blackjack, Craps, Poker and more will be dealt by local celebrities, including: Barbara Brittingham, American Home Mortgage; Representative Joe Booth; Becky Carrey, Beach Life; Sam Cooper, Mayor of Rehoboth; Drexel Davidson, Bad Hair Day; Bob Dixon, Bad Hair Day; Dan Gaffney, WGMD; Cheryl Jankowski, Griswold Special Care; Alan Lehman, Atlantic Cellular; Sharon Palmer, Coldwell Banker Resort Realty; George Parrish, Clerk of the Peace; Representative Pete Schwartzkopf; Claire Walsh, Dewey Beach Council Member.
Guests will enjoy refreshments provided by LHR Seafood and Catering, wine tasting compliments of Kemp’s Liquors, beer sponsored by Banks Wine and Spirits, soft drinks donated by Pepsi, water by PepUp Inc., raffles, and a silent auction.
Fabulous prizes have been donated by Bad Hair Day, Brenda Beissel, Center Barber Shop, Coastal Frame Shop, Common Scents Health, Crest Office Products, Dover Downs, Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant, Parcel Plus, Peninsula Gallery, Rehoboth Art & Framing, and Roadhouse Steak Joint.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Delaware Hospice in its efforts to provide choice, expert care, and comfort to local families in need.
Tickets are $30 per person in advance, $35 at the door, and include a drink ticket and $10 in chips.
