Wilmington, Del. – November 29, 2004 – Robin L. Glover has been named one of the state’s top ten nurses by Delaware Today Magazine. The article appears in the December issue, on newsstands today. More than 100 nurses were nominated for special recognition by the magazine. Ms. Glover, of Magnolia, Delaware, has been with Delaware Hospice since 2001 and was nominated by her sister, Mary Alice Mott. Mott wrote a warm letter to nominate her sister that included this compliment, “Don’t get me wrong, though. As compassionate as she is, Robin can be as tough as nails, and would not stand for incompetence or the poor care of patients from other nurses!” Glover added in an interview with Delaware Today, “My job requires a lot of passion and I guess the tough side tends to come out more in the hospital setting. I don’t tolerate poor care of my mother or anyone else.” Delaware Hospice is proud to congratulate Robin L. Glover. “We are so pleased to see Robin receive this special recognition. Our staff is at the heart of the services we provide and we are delighted to show the community what professionals they are.” said Susan D. Lloyd, president and CEO of Delaware Hospice.
