Delaware Hospice’s Capital Campaign benefits from the 4th Annual Harrington Realty Charity Golf Classic
Delaware Hospice was one of the charities to benefit from the 4th Annual Harrington Realty Charity Golf Classic, held Friday, May 11, at the Wild Quail Country Club in Wyoming, Delaware.
A donation of $5,000 to Delaware Hospice will be directed to its capital campaign for the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. The 35,000 sq. ft. Center, featuring 16 family suites, will provide specialized hospice care and a home-away-from-home for patients and families in Kent and Sussex Counties. A community kitchen, reflection room, children’s alcove, family counseling center, and a community resource center will further support the entire family as well as visitors to the Center.
The Harrington Realty Charity Golf Classic, the premier golf event in Delaware, enjoyed a full participation of enthusiastic golfers and the generosity of numerous sponsors who supported the event and the donors who contributed valuable gifts for the silent and live auctions.
