Learn more about hospice care at the Frankford Public Library
You are invited to a morning discussion about Delaware Hospice and important end-of-life issues on Thursday, November 29th, at 10:00 a.m. at the Frankford Public Library, 8 Main St., Frankford.
Everyone is welcome to this presentation, which will clarify misconceptions held by so many regarding what hospice care is all about.
Community Education Coordinator, Jessica Collins, will be presenting information about the benefits of hospice care and the many services available free of charge through Delaware Hospice, including Transitions, its new non-medical program for the community. Advanced Directive Forms will also be available.
Since 1982, Delaware Hospice has provided exceptional care and support to 30,000 patients and their families. Its mission is to help each patient, each day, live the fullest, most comfortable life possible. Delaware Hospice is the largest and only licensed, nonprofit, community-based hospice serving New Castle, Kent and Sussex counties in Delaware and southern Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania.
