State Racquetball Doubles Championship to Benefit Delaware Hospice
The Delaware State Doubles Racquetball Championship, sponsored by Cardile Bros. Mushroom Co. and organized by the Delaware Amateur Racquetball Association will be held January 19-20, 2008, at Kirkwood Fitness & Racquetball Club, 1800 Naamans Road, Wilmington.
Proceeds from the event will go to Delaware Hospice’s New HopeProgram for children who have suffered the loss of a loved one.
The tournament is open to players aged 16 and over, from any state, and will include men’s, women’s and mixed divisions. Participants must be U.S. Racquetball Association members; nonmembers can join at the event.
Entry fee is $45 for the first event and $15 for a second event. Players who register online by January 6th will receive a $5 discount and the entry deadline for the event is January 13th. To register online or for entry forms, go to www.dara.org.
