An opportunity to share your talents and interests for Delaware Hospice’s Festival of Trees fundraiser

You are invited to a get-together to help plan one of the area’s most spectacular holiday events on Saturday, February 23, from 9 to 12 noon at Cokesbury Village.

Wilmington’s premier holiday fundraiser, the Festival of Trees, showcases the creative and organization talents of many individuals in the community.  Volunteers find outlets for their own personal skills and interests, as well as great camaraderie among their co-workers.  

Proceeds of the Festival of Trees benefit Delaware Hospice and help the organization continue to provide a high level of quality care and special programs to patients and families in the community.

Each year, Festival planning begins in February, when committee members and interested volunteers get together and kick around ideas for the next Festival.

We hope you’ll consider offering your support and talents to this year’s event.  There are so many areas which could benefit from your expertise—and attending the meeting does not require joining a committee!

Please join us for the first 2008 Festival of Trees Brainstorming Session on Saturday, February 23, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at Cokesbury Village, 726 Loveville Road in Hockessin.
