Dr. Margery L. White joins Delaware Hospice as Vice President and C.O.O.
Delaware Hospice has hired Margery L. White, Ph.D., R.N., as their new Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Dr. White served previously as Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer for Beebe Medical Center in Lewes, Delaware.
Prior to coming to Delaware in 2002, she worked in a variety of administrative positions in New York. Dr. White is a Registered Nurse and holds a Ph.D. in Nursing Research from Adelphi University, Garden City in New York.
With Beebe Medical Center’s excellent team, Dr. White earned recognition such as the W.L. Gore Award from Delaware Alliance for Excellence in 2006, the Delaware Quality Award of Merit in 2005, and Health Leaders Media Top Leadership Award in 2005.
